Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Printful typically processes orders in 2–5 business days, depending on product type. Shipping then takes: Canada/US domestic: 1–8 business days. International: 1–20 business days.
For remote areas like Moosonee or Moose Factory, please allow extra delivery time due to carrier availability and weather.

What shipping options are available?

- Flat‑rate standard (3–4 business days after fulfillment in North America).
- CO₂‑offset standard (similar speed).

How is estimated delivery time calculated?

Printful adds fulfillment time (2–5 days) + shipping time based on destination to calculate an Estimated Delivery Time (EDT).

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as Printful ships your order. If it’s delayed past the Estimate Delivery Time (EDT), allow an extra 5 business days before contacting support.

Will I pay duties or customs?

Orders shipped from outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes.With Printful’s Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option available for Canadian orders, these fees are included at checkout, so you won’t be surprised by extra charges on delivery. For shipments without DDP, the end customer is responsiblefor any duties assessed by Customs.

Which printing methods do you use?

We use high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) on t-shirts and hoodies.
DTF (direct-to-film) & Embroidery is used on our headwear products.

What’s the process after ordering?

1. Order enters the “Waiting for fulfillment” queue.
2. Production begins (2–5 business days).
3. Quality control check.
4. Shipment with tracking.

What are the care instructions?

DTG/DTF prints: Machine wash cold inside‑out; tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach.
Embroidered items: Gentle wash cycle, reshape, air dry to maintain stitching integrity. Avoid ironing over embroidered areas.

Each product includes Printful’s standard international size chart.
We recommend comparing these measurements to a favorite garment at home.
When unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Can I return or exchange a custom-made item?

Items made to order through Printful are non-returnable for fit, colour, or style changes.
We’ll gladly replace or refund orders that are:
- Defective, damaged, or misprinted
- Incorrectly fulfilled
